Major Custom Change: Add, move, modify, or replace a large portion of the home requiring substantial reconfiguration of one floor of the house, such as significant re-designs of rooms and spaces, and structural changes. Major Plus Custom Change: Add, move, modify, remove, or replace a large portion of a two-story home, requiring the substantial reconfiguration of the house, such as significant re-designs of rooms and spaces, and major structural changes. |
